Liquidity and working capital management only becomes an issue when the economy is less stable, and capital isn’t so easily and cheaply available. Active working capital management frees up funds for investment and growth and can improve a company’s ratings or increase its flexibility in day-to-day business.

We’ll bring in tools to manage liquidity and working capital and take steps to initiate everything that needs to be done to achieve initial results fast. This may include optimising DSI, DSO and DPO or improving the supplier structure, renegotiating Incoterms or payment terms – or help deliver a culture change to bring in greater discipline.
