I spent around 15 years working for various companies as a strategy consultant and (interim) manager with operational responsibility – including management consulting firm Roland Berger, KPMG Corporate Finance, and online retailer vinos.de. LeanOne has been around since early 2019.

There’s one common theme that runs through all my work: Delivering practical measures for companies facing transformation or change – not only in the form of action plans as a consultant, but also with business responsibility as a director or manager.

My project experience has given me profound expertise in the CFO sphere. I support CFOs and finance departments in becoming more efficient and achieving their goals in difficult situations.

Dirk Dzedzeck

Partner / Corporate Finance & Interim Management

I have built my expertise in Corporate Finance in more than 15 years of professional experience as an M&A adviser and in leadership roles in industry, u.a. such as Commerzbank, Clearwater International and TÜV SÜD. Since mid 2020, I am part of the LeanOne team.

The focal point of my career is the M&A process – both, as an adviser and with managerial responsibility in industry, I have led buy-side and sell-side projects and arrange the corresponding financing.

With my extensive experience in M&A and Corporate Finance, I support entrepreneurs and managers in developing and implementing strategic measures and protecting legacies.
